Now  – The Official Stuff…

Debbie Todd, Our President and CEO has over 20 years of higher education, public accounting, municipal utility ($800M/yr) and government healthcare ($2B/yr) finance experience, with over 13 years of “hands on” manager/senior/executive management expertise.

Further, during almost her entire career, Debbie is just simply passionate about understanding, identifying and successfully implementing effective financial strategies “from the ground up”…no matter how large…or small.

In recent years, she oversaw several significant multi-agency, multi-bond-funded capital construction projects as well as developed numerous system implementations and improvements for PCI-DSS, HIPAA and Dodd-Frank Protocols.

Amazing skills and experience, but surely there was a MUCH better way to use all of this knowledge…right? 

While Debbie has spent nearly two decades managing complex projects worth hundreds of millions of dollars – it was during the economic downturn that she became heart-wrenchingly burdened by just how impactful the breadth of the economic recession was on her neighbors, family and friends.  In 2013, Debbie decided to do something about it – and 1 Hour Impact was born.
